Processing Time
All orders are made to order and processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship all across Europe, with most orders going to Luxembourg and neighboring countries.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €80.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the local carrier used by Printify.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printify.
Because items are made to order, processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability and production volume.
International Shipping & Customs
We currently only ship within Europe.
Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
The Local Code is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
If your order doesn’t arrive, please contact us at our customer service email once it’s available.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are unable to change the address or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address.
